How the day runs
From the door to the pack down
Thirty minutes either side is complimentary, so nobody is decorating against the clock.

Before you arrive
The room is cleaned and your layout is set. Tables, chairs and any inflatables you have added are in place, so you walk into a finished room rather than an empty one.

Setup time
A complimentary 30 minutes before and after your slot for decorating and packing down. Vendors can drive up to the door, since the unit is on the ground floor.

During
The space is yours alone for the slot. Nobody else is booked into the hall, the playroom, the loft or the pantry while you are in it.

After
Take your decorations and anything you brought. General cleaning is included, so you are not mopping the floor at the end of a birthday.

Easy to arrive at, easy to load into
The address
62 Ubi Road 1, #01-23, Oxley Bizhub 2, Singapore 408734. Ground floor unit, so there are no lifts or stairs between the car and the room.
Driving and drop off
Vendors and caterers can pull up directly at the door to load in. Accessible parking is available in the building.
By train
Near Macpherson MRT, on the Circle and Downtown lines, then a short walk into the Ubi industrial estate.
Viewings
By appointment, and they take about fifteen minutes. We keep the room empty for it so you can see the space rather than someone else\u2019s party.

Love the ambience and aesthetics of Nook Nook! Can really see how the team put a lot of thought to the space making it family-friendly! Also loved their cute little fridge, looks small but fits the cake perfectly! Very well-equipped space for intimate family events.
Cosy and well kept event space. Its clean and fully functional with a retro cool looking fridge. Have you seen their toilet!? Its an ig friendly restroom, you even feel like showering there. Definitely going to come back again for my other events.

Asked before every party
Is Nook Nook suitable for a private baby shower?
Yes, and it is one of the most common bookings. The 1,900 sqft space is private for the duration of your slot, so there is no shared hall. Guests bring their own catering, decor and vendors, and the nursing room and playroom mean parents with newborns and toddlers are looked after. Gender reveals are held here too.
Is it suitable for kids birthday parties?
Yes. There is plenty of open space, customisable layouts and safe, kid friendly furnishings. Bring your own decor, vendors or theme setup, or ask us. We work with vendors who give special rates to our customers.
How many people fit?
Up to 80, depending on your layout. Seated most comfortably is 60 and below, especially with something like a bouncy castle taking up space. You are welcome to arrange a viewing first.
Can I bring my own food and decorations?
Yes. Bring your own catering, decorations and vendors. We can also recommend reliable party suppliers and corporate partners, at special rates for our customers.
Do you help with setup?
Yes. We provide basic setup support and can help with modular arrangements, decor add ons and event coordination, depending on what you need.
